Due to the forecasted thunderstorms and potentially severe wind and hail, Groovin' on the Green is cancelled for tonight, May 10. We look forward to Groovin' with you next Friday night, May 17, as Chocolate Chip and Company Band takes the stage.
Groovin’ on the Green is a Friday night concert series, on May 3 , 10, 17, 24 and 31 held on the Town Green at 200 Laurel Street from 7:30-9:00 PM.
Registration for the 5/10 Cruise-In has reached capacity.

2024 Groovin’ on the Green
Cruise-In Guidelines and Rules
- All Cruise-In spaces will be located on Laurel Street between 104 Laurel Street, the intersection of Laurel Street/Third Avenue and the Terrace Parking Lot.
- Cruise-In space is limited.
- Advance registration is required for all vehicles participating in the Cruise-In.
- Only pre-registered vehicles will be permitted to enter the Cruise-In Zone.
- Pre-registration only. No on-site registration is permitted.
- Non-registered vehicles arriving at the event will be turned away.
Event Day Check-In
- Check-in and entry into the Cruise-in Zone is located at 1100 Second Avenue.
- Vehicles may not arrive before 5 PM. Roadways must remain clear and open to all traffic until the 5 PM check-in.
- Tampering with the Conway Police barricades will result in immediate removal from the event and all subsequent events.
- Day of event parking will be filled as vehicles arrive at the direction of the parking volunteers.
- No saving or reserving of spaces is permitted. If your group wishes to park together you must arrive and check in as a group.
- Attendees will check in under the last name of the Cruise-in Registration.
Event Day Departure
- All Cruise-In participants must remain in the event area until 9 PM.
- No departure before 9 PM is permitted.
- Emergency departures will be facilitated by the Conway Police Department.
- Exit from the Cruise-in Zone is via Laurel Street to Elm Street and Laurel Street to Third Avenue ONLY.
- Tampering with the Conway Police barricades will result in immediate removal from the event and all subsequent events.
General Rules and Guidelines
- Failure to comply with the Guidelines and Rules will result in the registrant’s removal from the event and all future events.
- Bumping, nudging or purposefully hitting a volunteer or police officer with a vehicle will be considered assault and charges will be immediately filed.
