Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Conway Downtown Alive is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to support the Executive Director with a variety of administrative and financial tasks. This part-time role is 10–20 hours per week, general working hours Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with organization finances
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
- Oversee basic IT maintenance and coordinate system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements
- Submit permits and related documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting
- Proficiency in computer use, including email and document management
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
Additional Information:
- This role requires flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic office setting
- New hires will undergo a 90-day probationary period
