Office Manager (PT 25-30 hrs per week)
Conway Downtown Alive is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to support the programs of Conway Downtown Alive. This part-time position is 25-30 hours per week, with additional hours during events and promotions. Compensation is $18-$20 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Conway Visitor Center and volunteer Ambassadors
- Oversee rentals of the 5th and Main Facility
- Manage Partnership and Friends Programs
- Serve as first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors and organization emails
- Manage organization event ticket interface
- Conduct out of office errands
- Assist with events including set-up, breakdown and preparation
- Order and maintain all organization supplies
- Ensure a clean and polished facility and office area
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer use, including email and document management
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
Additional Information:
- This role requires flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic office setting
- Role requires the physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
- The Office Manager is engaged in outdoor and indoor activities.
- New hires undergo a 30-day probationary period
