The Façade Incentive Grant
The Façade Incentive Grant was developed to encourage exterior façade improvements in the Central Business District, Riverfront Warehouse District and the Conway Downtown Alive Program Area in Conway, South Carolina. Eligible applicants include owners and/or tenants of structures located within the City of Conway Central Business District. Eligible Exterior Façade Improvements include materials, labor and architectural/engineering design services for improvements to the front, rear or sides of buildings are eligible.
